Abstract: Network usage and Wireless Communication has been increased in today?s world, and wireless devices are dominating the market. As a result we might have shortage of spectrum. In order to overcome the spectrum scarcity problem, a technology called Cognitive Radio (CR) is used which provides intelligence to sense empty spectrum slots or spectrum holes. One of the methods to sense the spectrum holes is the Energy Detection Spectrum Sensing. The major problems in this method are energy detection, and sensing time. The existing architecture of energy detector is implemented using blind detection process and energy is sensed which reduces the computational and implementation complexity, but there is a delay in sensing. The modified work uses adder and Hybrid multiplier in its architecture resulting in reduced time delay of the energy detector. This work is carried out in Xilinx Software using Verilog Coding.

Abstract: The paper describes the design of a keenly intellective traffic light control system, which habituates to the transmuting traffic conditions. Traffic congestion has been a major issue in every city in the world. To overcome this, the traffic has to be monitored regularly. The vehicles in the lane are detected by the camera mounted alongside the traffic signal. The vehicle detection involves CNN algorithm in Deep Learning. The vehicles are located with the bounding box and each of them is counted. Based on the vehicle count, Raspberry Pi controls the signal. In case of emergency vehicle ingression, the signal gets automatically changed to green.

This proposed system explains “smart robotic vehicle” that how it supports to the patients, who are cannot walk, talk and mentally disabled patients by incorporating voice commands or through buttons, the patient action which might run and takes an action of auto. The voice message is sending over a cellular device like cellular phone which is connected to Bluetooth which message is conveys to the raspberry pi for the curb of the vehicle. Likewise because the buttons accustomed send string message to raspberry pi to regulate wheelchair that who cannot represent them. When the patients says “Go” the vehicle will move within the progressive order, the chair would move within the backward direction for “Back” and parallel left, right for revolve it in left and right guidance and stop. to prevent the vehicle. If any voice command or touch get fail when ahead a wall/well than with the assistance of IR/PIR sensor will detect that object/obstacle and stops immediately. This proposed project is useful to save lots of patients energy and time dependence on the others for the movements of wheelchair-using physically soul, and also If person is serious means if he/she get fever a right away action will take and acquire an awake to the his/her relative or head of the house member and therefore the person may also intimate her situation. If the person his out of the range than immediate alert will move to the top of the house member with location.

Abstract: In today’s world VLSI chips are widely used in various branches of Engineering like Voice and Data communication networks, Digital signal processing, Computers, Commercial Electronics, Automobiles, Medicine and many more. So, there have been major advances in IC technology which have both made feasible and generated great interest in electronic circuits which employ more than two discrete levels of signals such circuits called Multiple valued logic circuits, offer several potential opportunities for the improvement of present VLSI circuit designs. Multi valued logic can carry more information on a single line. The key benefits of MVL are increased data density, reduced dynamic power dissipation and chip area. The major area of binary logic IC’s are occupied by the interconnections. The more effective utilization of interconnections is possible which uses a larger set of signals over the small area in MVL devices. The higher radix in use is the ternary (radix - 3) and Quaternary (radix - 4). The Quaternary logic uses 0, 1 , 2 and 3 logic levels. In this project a new lookup table is proposed where information is represented by quaternary values known as Quaternary lookup table. By using this designed quaternary lookup table different digital applications are developed using Mentor graphics tool.
