Abstract: Voice over Internet Protocol works in packet switching method and it is a connection less unreliable service in nature. Behaviour of real-time applications varies from time to time and place to place depends on the user requirements. Real-time applications are intolerable to their Quality of Service (QoS) requirements during the resource distribution or packet transmission. Base station must provide an effective service to both real-time application and non real-time applications by having advance knowledge to deal congestion. Call Admission Control is an important entity which judges the number of calls can arrive and leave from to the network. Every user is having variable characteristics and to this, it is quiet difficult to take the decision in a shorter time. The main aim of this paper is to illustrate the mathematical model of TACA for proving the performance results using some comparison graphs. This model is developed and results are analyzed which proves the QoS enhancement. It is achieved by increasing the throughput and also saving the bandwidth from quickly consumed users to less consumed users.

With Increase in Resolution of images and size there is continuous need of powerful compression techniques that provide higher compression ratio with higher performance in connections of better peak signal to noise ratio and low Maximum Absolute Error ( MAE) . Consultative Committee for Space Data System (CCSDS) which is consortium of leading space agencies has defined such powerful compression standard called CCSDS ?Image Data Compression?. It provides performance comparable to leading compression algorithms like JPEG2000 /SPIHT etc. This image compression standard is based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), low frequency DWT coefficient (DC-coefficient) quantization & Golomb-Rice coding and bit plane encoding of Higher frequency (AC) coefficients An outcome is produced for encoding performed to the low frequency substance of the DWT translated image because the human visual system is more delicate to the low frequency segment and encoding is carried out just on low frequency contains that gives lossy compression but accomplished high compression ratio. In this paper analyse the image with different quantization factor and shows that how many quantization bits are possible in image of low frequency coefficients and image visualization is available after reconstructing of image

The problem becomes very cumbersome, when area to be covered is very large. Many researchers have come up with the solution of automatic lawn mower. However, major issues with such machines are length of perimeter guide wire, high price tag & maintenance cost. If battery operated, then longevity of the battery. In this paper, an intelligent solar powered grass cutting robot with obstacle avoidance is presented. The system is consisting of ARM 7 controller to which colour and ultrasonic sensors are interfaced. The system was tested on different conditions and it is observed that, it can be used efficiently on flat lawn surface

Abstract: Large bandwidth planar antennas are in great demand due to the rapid progress of wireless communication technologies. Planar monopole antennas attracted most of the antenna researchers due to its inherent large bandwidth. But monopole antennas suffer from very low gain, especially when designed on low-cost FR4 substrate. Hence designing a high gain and broadband monopole antenna using FR4 substrate is one of the major research interests. In this paper, a simple, compact, low profile and ultra wideband printed monopole antenna with high gain is proposed. The antenna operates over a very large frequency band of 1.38 GHz to 11 GHz. The antenna design consists of a monopole radiating patch and ground printed on opposite sides of the low cost FR4 substrate. The overall dimension of the antenna is 44.5mm ? 43mm ? 1.6mm. 155.41% impedance bandwidth and 4dBi gain are achieved without compromising the simplicity of the planar structure. 1.6 mm substrate thickness is chosen, so that the proposed antenna can easily be integrated into the main circuit board. Hence, the proposed antenna is a potential candidate for present and future wireless communication applications.

In this paper we discussed the evolution of the mobile communication networks starting from 1G to 5G, their comparisons and the various candidate technologies associated with each of the generations. This paper also takes a review into the emerging technologies and tools for 5G such as Millimetre (Mm) waves, Small cell (SC) concept, Massive Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO), Beam forming and Full Duplex (FD). While millimetre wave provide a huge spectrum space, Massive MIMO allows integration of large scale arrays of antennas at the transmitter and the receiver sides of MIMO channel. These techniques have contributed to the channel capacity upsurge for higher orders. The 5G systems will simply overcome the challenges posed by the 4G wireless standards, the challenges include more capacity, advanced data rates, Low latency, Connectivity for gigantic number of devices, reduced cost and energy and Quality of experience (QOE).

Abstract: In this paper, we have propose an efficient way to calculate the software metrics of structural and behavioural diagrams of unified modeling language (UML) with the help SD Metrics as a tool. This method is applied to measure the internal quality of attributes and functions of structural and behavioural diagrams of unified modeling language (UML). The SD metrics tool collect the information after parsing the XMI format generated from UML compiler of structural and behavioural UML diagrams. The object oriented design made by structural and behavioural diagrams holds the important part of designing in development process of the software. Early the measurement of metrics will leads to good quality of the software from coding, but now using the design metrics we calculate the cohesion, coupling and other metrics with easy and effectively with the less efforts.

The issue of multi-cast tree has also been removed using clustering based technique in this paper. First of all multi-radio and multichannel based cluster has been deployed and these cluster head has been responsible for the multicasting. It will decrease the overall energy consumption of nodes and complexity of intelligent algorithms. The path has been evaluated based upon the ant colony optimization. This improves the overall performance of the QoS parameters of Ad-hoc networks.
