Title: A Review on Smart Home-Care System Using IOT & Raspberry-PI

Authors: Praveen Ashtankar, AashayMadankar and Sneha Aatish Ashwini

Abstract: Smart Homecare System is a mobile web based application that allows the user to monitor and control their home using their mobile device. Proposed system requires micro SD card with an OS for the Raspberry Pi. The OSRaspbian is selected for this system, which is commonly used for projects, before dumping the OS on the micro SD card we need to extract a file name raspbian_bustering, WIN32DISKIMAGER will help to flash that OS?s onto our SD card. For result UBIDOTS server is used which gives authentication code which is used in program which connect Mobile and Raspberry Pi and control the house. The system also Gas Leakage .With the help of UBIDOTS App we can ON/OFF home devices like Fan, Light, etc. The system can also be used for various other purposes in society offices where the security guard can have the access in his smart phone to control the various appliances. The Raspberry Pi is kind of a low cost single-chip computer which has recently gained immense popularity. This paper attempts at building a low cost self contained security device. This paper helps to develop basic home automation application on Raspberry PI.

Title: Survey on Behaviour based Extreme Testing Techniques in Software Industry

Authors: Rajesh kumar.P, Dr.Paul Rodrigues and Samba Siva Reddy.V

Abstract: Extreme programming (XP) is one of the good techniques in agile software industry, due to the values of simplicity, communication, feedback, and courage software industries build their workflow on XP principles and values and it create a competitive yet motivational atmosphere within and between teams. Extreme Programming is about putting individuals and interactions over processes and tools in long duration to complete the projects. However, the use of XP is limited to small and medium organization. Therefore, Industrial Extreme Programming (IXP) is developed to meet the needs of larger organization as an evolution of XP. The aim of testing is to make the quality of software as efficient as possible. In this paper focus on First, Discussion regarding most widely used different techniques and strategies software testing. Second Bigdata testing process, where they can be used and how they can be used. How they work and how they differ.

Title: An Efficient Apache Spark Framework Analysis For Engineering Student?s Information Behaviour

Authors: B. Vijaya, R. Jhansi Rani and P. Rajesh Kumar

Abstract: The past few years have seen a major change in huge data volumes in big data world. Spark as in-memory cluster computing to analyse the large amount of data in a frame work. Spark offers a rich set of big data application through the programming interface. Spark programming framework provide an effective open source solution for managing and analyze the big data. Engineering education plays a key role in many parts of the world and in Andhra Pradesh as well. The importance of engineering education increases day to day and usage of learning management system has gained momentum. The LMS and technical education system has made significant contributions to produce one of the largest technical usages for students in engineering education at Andhra Pradesh. This paper discusses the Spark working model procedure as well as Learning management?s activities by the students and their information behaviour.

Title: Enhanced Image Wavelet Lossy Compression Algorithm

    Authors: V Vivekananda Rao

Abstract: In the proposed technique, an attempt was made more on lossless compression due to the data substance of the critical segment as in we won?t dispose of any wavelet coefficients. Be that as it may, because of the intrinsic idea of wavelet encoding and consequent round off blunders there was in every case some misfortune related with the encoding plan. It comprises of the Transformation, Quantization, and compression. The outcome demonstrates that the method utilized here would be of the precise method of compression in the required range. What?s more, the method utilizes the lossy compression with the two frequencies like high-frequency energy dispersion and low-frequency spatial area. The high compression rate was of 97.1%.

Title: Fire Fighting Robot Using Microcontroller 89S52

Authors: Priti Kaudgaonkar, Bhagyashri Korche, Bhargavi Gharat and Miss. Jyoti Mali

Abstract: Within the recent years, robotics has to be?an?ingredient over that many folks had shown their interest. Robotics has gained quality because of the advancement of?the many?technologies of computing and?nanotechnologies. So, we proposed to design something that can make humans life easier and comfortable. Comprises?of machine?that not only has the essential options of a robot, but also has the ability to detect fire and?extinguish it. The?FIRE?FIGHTING?robot will move in all 360 degree directions.?Thus?we will operate a robot over a really long distance and there?s no need for human to travel even close to the area aflame. It consists of Infrared based fire sensors installed in all the four directions, with?two?sensors in the forward direction with long and?short range. The 89S52 microcontroller acts as a main control block of the proposed system. Motor driver L293D acts as a push-pull amplifier which gets the logic from the?microcontroller?which in turn supplies the power to the motors, and?pumps.

Title: Restoring highly corrupted images with impulse noise Using ACO based Adaptive filtering

Authors: Kulwinder Kaur and Parvesh Kumar

Abstract: Ensuring the details while restoring images highly corrupted by impulsive salt and pepper noise remains a challenging problem. This paper proposed a technique that combines the Ant colony optimisation with the existing Adaptive non-casual linear predictive vector median filter to remove the impulse noise from the images while restoring. In this technique, intensity estimations of corrupted pixels in the noisy picture are first assessed by ACO and smoothed by median filtering. The proposed calculation can effectively eliminate the impulse salt and pepper noise from coloured images. Result analysis shows the predominance of the proposed calculation in contrast with the existing strategies. The demonstration is done with MATLAB and results are presented with a comparative analysis of the proposed technique on the basis of PSNR, MSE and SSIM.The observed values of the evaluation parameters show that the proposed scheme shows better performance comparatively others
